While the definition of sustainable building is constantly evolving, Excel Home Solutions viewpoint on sustainability is forever centred around our mission to build eco-friendly modular homes that are innovative in design, budget friendly, and more environmentally sustainable than ever!

All our designs are based around core principles that guarantees to minimise environmental impact, maximise year-round comfort and significantly reduce running costs. These principles are applied to every aspect of your design including, material selection, the systems utilised, and the operations.

We strive to minimise natural resource usage, reduce greenhouse gas emissions, maximise the use of reusable energy, source sustainable materials, utilise environmentally credible production and recycle and reuse whenever possible in every build.

All materials used throughout the construction process are recyclable, reconstituted or sustainably and locally sourced. Our structural steel frames can be recycled at the end of their lifespan and the timber that is used clad your home, is carefully sourced from a sustainable plantation forest.

As a business we promise to leave a greener footprint on our planet.

Each customer will be issued a certificate to go with their new build as a ‘THANK YOU’ for giving back to the environment.
