Production times between 6-8 weeks are guaranteed with multiple factors contributing to the reduced delivery time. All builds are designed and constructed within our factory unit in Sydney, NSW. All suppliers are local to our fabrication site which means minimal transportation distances to reduce fossil fuel contributions. Our construction timelines, precise estimations and skilled workmanship combine to utilise materials and minimise waste product. Design ideas and assistance can be given to maximise the benefits of natural light and sun exposure, both of which can be used as alternative heat and light sources, reducing electrical output which benefits both the planet and the potential tenant. Solar energy systems can also be incorporated into any designs to replace non-renewable energy sources, an initial additional cost which would derive future gains financially and environmentally.
